The Town Clerk’s office is now processing boat registrations. Call for information.
If you have not already provided us with your e-mail address and would like to receive e-mail renewal reminders for vehicle registrations and dog licensing, please contact our office at pittsfieldtc@metrocast.net or (603) 435-6773 ext 15 and we will add your e-mail address to our database.
Town Clerk/Tax Collector’s office now accepts debit/credit card payments for both online and over the counter transactions. Please note: a convenience fee of 2.95% with a minimum of $1.50 is assessed to each credit card transaction. This fee goes to the 3rd party processor to cover their costs for this service. The Town of Pittsfield is not charged, nor does the Town of Pittsfield receive any portion of this fee.
Pittsfield NH Residents can  register their car and license their dog online.
Vital Records now also available online.
Check Property and Sewer Taxes as well as make payments online.

This office is staffed by a town clerk/tax collector, and deputy town clerk/tax collector. Together, they perform a variety of revenue collecting assignments. The town clerk is the keeper of the records and handles questions regarding:

• Town Records

• Vehicle Registrations

• Boat Registrations

• Vital Records including: Marriage Licenses, Birth and Death Certificates

• Dog Licenses

• Wetland Applications

• Voter Registration

• Absentee Ballots

• Elections

Tax Collection:

Direct your questions to this office if they pertain to the following:

• Collection of Property Taxes

• Collection of Sewer Fees

• Collection of Current Use Fees

• Collection of Timber (yield) Tax

Questions regarding the assessment of the above mentioned taxes/fees should be directed to the Selectmen’s Office
