Beautiful Fall in Pittsfield
Pittsfield is a small rural community of about 4500
residents, located in Merrimack County, nestled in the
Suncook Valley region of NH approx. 600' above sea level. Pittsfield is known for its beautiful
landscape, farm land, country setting and the well-known
Hot Air
Balloon Festival
that takes place every August.
The historic downtown village of Pittsfield offers a high school,
elementary school, library, two grocery stores, two banks,
restaurants, auto repair shops, a gas station, dentist office, post office, drug store, a
hardware store, NH State Liquor Store and many other small businesses
which service our residents.
